MagMan: I have dabbled around a bit both selling and buying on YT classifieds, Photo add and auction. What I have found both as buyer and seller is distance kills these small items. Price of shipping small items has gone through the roof. Then if you happen to have the added problem of crossing an international border, dealing with customs, brokers, etc. can almost double the cost. Yes even triple the cost. I sent an item from Canada to Holland for example. What I actually received was less than 1/3 of the total. Bought a few books in the US, vendor put a value of a dollar on them, cured the border woes, but had we wanted to insure them, it would have meant $1.00 value. I've come to the conclusion, unless someone less than 2 hours drive away wants the small item you have for sale, you may as well send it to the scrap yard. I wish I had a better answer, as it is a shame to see this happen.
