Are you burning an alcohol blend in the tractor? I have had some success with slowing down plug fouling by using an alcohol blended fuel. The alcohol burns a little cleaner (Oxygenated fuel) than straight gas thereby slowing or even eliminating plug fouling. The alcohol blend will also get rid of any water in your tank (might be good, might not), and will also loosen any other “crud” and start it moving towards the carburetor. I didn’t/don’t have problems with these blends but my tanks were always clean too. :>)

The hotter plugs others mention should also help.
