That hole in the top fills the trans, differential and PTO. The level plug is on the left side of the transmission, behind the brake rod, if I remember correctly. It's not real easy to spot if you have a buildup of grease and grime.

This won't fill your final drives, though. The fill plug for those is on the inboard side of the final drive casting an inch or so above the pan gasket. There is no final drive drain plug, you need to drop the pans to drain them.
