Tanner, You are almost there. Electrically you are fine. Now, adjust the points for .020" when one of the cam lobes is under the rub block. This should make the points break to the .020" gap every time a new lobe comes around. If it doesn't, the distributor must have bad bushings and this is allowing the shaft to "wobble" and the points are not breaking consistently with each lobe. Hope ya get 'er, Allan
