SW Ontario was having accidents at the rate of 100 per hour Thurs. am. We actually have prople with SUV's think they can drive 70 mph, when it is so slippery, loaded transport trucks can spin their wheels at 50 mph in high gear. I have had this happen as the truck driver, and not 1 or 2 going by me but 100s of them. Mind you, not all of them driving SUV's either. There is only one cure for this, that being a granite rock, the size of a Chevy Cavalier, in the ditch every 500' along the road.
