Hi Bill, This tractor is a 310, so it has the direct injection with either assist. But a lot of these things came with the American 282D (glow plugs) and also the 312Ds The either and glow plugs just don't do well together as there seems to be a lot of head bolt stretching going on in this instance. I have an old owner's manual for a 656, which I copied that illustration from, but on my old 656, the glow plug meter was down on the left side mounted in that white bracket and the air filter indicator was on the right where my hole is. Darned if I really know; I'm just gonna try to find myself a plug at a body shop and forget 'er. :>) Allan
