IH 2001 loader getting better

well guys it works a lot better since it has a better connection. But the loader goes up in increments, It goes up about3-4 ft then seems like it runs out of fluid. wait about 30 seconds and it will go up some more then it stops again. then after another 30 seconds it goes up more. tractor has plenty of fluid, I filled it up until it ran out the check screw. would more fluid help or hurt? or is this all there is for this loader and tractor combo?
