Unfortunately for the buyer, for a SMDTA the price is not too far off, provided and absolutely provided that the seller has done exactly what he says he has done, the transmission is good, he has fixed all leaks, and it has good tires. I consider statements like "all it needs is paint (to finish it off)" to be untrue -- doesn't matter what tractor it is, it may still need a lot of work.
