Have you run the loader all the way up and down? Have you double checked the fluid level? It dosen't hurt to be five gallons overfull, in fact, IH reccomended it. You'll need to get someone with a flow-rater to check it out to determine if the pump is going out before spending $600 on a new one, but if this trouble with the loader came on right after changing the filter, then you've still got air. If the pump was shot, it would actually work better with cold, thick oil.
