No, there is no current way to know where your tractor was shipped. White paint under red can mean several things. One, the tractor was repainted (very common). 2. The tractor was ordered white (Ohio Highway Department bought a lot of tractors, there were some utilitys as well). 3. If the white paint is on the engine or transmission case, it's probably a sealer used to prevent oil seepage through the casting.
