depending on were you buy your kit, with out looking between 6-850 bucks, if the crank needs to b turned it could become another 500 bucks on mach work, added cost complete gasket set , front and rear seals, the cond of head on how much it needs so just my guess you could get by on say 700 bucks but could spend 13-1500 depending on cond of crank, block, and head
