W-9 Engine Removal

I am going to be taking the engine out of a W-9. I have taken off the clutch cover and loosened the bolts holding the rear of the engine. There are two studs down into the frame beside these bolts. Do these need to be removed? Do I need to take the clutch loose from the engine before I take the engine out? Is there enough play in the drive shaft to lift the motor up over the top of the studs. Step by step info appreciated!
