Yes thats a red flag I have to admit I have done it my self before. But not to sell something at a outragious price I would tell them I dont know much about these type of things and take it as is and at a reasonable price.Alot of times you will find people that do know alot about it and will take it at that price becuase they see the problem and can take advantage of you and your lower price. JON
