I have been thru this exercise quite often... Make sure you replace the grease zerk in the front of the bolster, and underneath the rear portion of the bolster. These zerks grease the starting crank assy. I generally replace the zerks, apply grease thru the zerks, spray penetrating oil on all visible surfaces, and tap the crank rod with a hammer. Usually it takes very little force to get the crank assy loose...
