Everone has had different experiences and mine have been a little differen from Hugh and KC. Have put in hundreds of hours on SM with Saginaw hitch and think it works great. Agree it is not good if draft contol is needed but moldboard plow is about only thing that comes to mind. Never experienced the interference with seat problem. When I was putting in most of time with Saginaw there were several late sixtys to mid seventys 3 point tractors on place so I had something to compare it to. All tractors on place required front end weights to lift heavy implements and SM was no different.
