derf: Just to clear up a obvious misunderstanding, none of the hitches will ever hit the seat. It is some mounted implements that will hit if you raise them high enough. Problem comes as you raise hitch, implement moves foreward. To avoid dammage to implments while turning good ground clearence is esential. This situation can only be corrected by seat and operator being moved foreward on tractor.

I never suggested at anytime that hitch would or even could hit the seat.
