International has: heavier front axle, different steering system, shorter wheel base, different rear wheels, different tire sizes, different grill (headlights in grill rather than on side of gas tank area), large coverage type fenders, some different options, and hand clutch is optional. May be other differences but these come to immediate remberence. Harold H
