Yeah I've dealt with them. I got a battery box mounting bracket with the holes drilled wrong...got on the phone and got the same Bull^%#t line that they (IH) made eveything inconsistently...How stupid do they think we are. They made it right by by me, also got a bad gauge, and they dealt with that problem too. Their customer service department must run 24-7. I would consider ordering from them again...maybe. I've been using Carter & Gruenwald, and they have treated me like a king...Thanks Bermuda Ken, Chad, Lee, and the Crew.
