Yes,your tractor should have 3 bolt.The controls were changed when live hydraulic was offered from IH but they didn't all come with it.You should have battery under seat,on off switch in amp box cover,if equiped with belt pulley gearbox operating rod located on left side,voltage reg. on steer post and choke and starter rod in bracket bolted to left side of gas tank rear support.The gas tank rear support will only have one hole in it toward rear of tractor about 3/8 or 7/16 inch in diameter.
