I think the other guys have it right. Close the shutters and take it up the road about 5 miles and back , that'll clean out the slobber in the muffler, watch you heat guage and once it is in "RUN" open the shutters about a third, if you don't have shutters wrap a blanket around the grill and warm it up...good luck...Mike in Exeter Ontario
