Tractor #1419 is a 1932 and tractor #99990 is a 1937. They both would appear to be wide treads since you did not mention the letter 'N' after the numbers. Foot brakes can be put on them but would not be correct for the early one. Must not be any oil in the crank if you pulled the plug and nothing came out. You probably did hit the oil pump screen when you poked the stick in. Original kerosene manifolds can get expensive, but aftermarket gas types are much less money. Are you interested in selling the early one? I would be interested in talking to you about it if you are. Hope my info helps!
