My Super M, sn 27223, I knew missed the mark by just a little bit. However, the other one I bought this fall, 30006, is a cheap version from IH. No hydraulics period, no belly pump or distributor drive, magneto not distributor, yet it has the battery BOX (acutal battery is under the tank, lol) and the choke, belt pully, and starter levers on the left. It's a character tractor, much of the reason I bought it. If it is able to take a belly pump (which I would expect it would) I plan on putting one in sometime. Otherwise, it is a great conversational piece in my shed until I get it running. All the parts are there, the time to put them in isn't yet!!!
