I don’t know if that particular retainer has them, but some have holes drilled and taped in them to put bolts in to “press” the bearing off. Some times after getting them to move some, I have turned the retainer a bit, put nuts between the retainer and housing and put bolts through them. This also will help back it off, but you still need to use caution and turn the bolts a little bit at a time and evenly or you can break the retainer.
