Chad, You can make your own sleeve puller for cheap. The sleeve puller disc needs to be a stepped disc to really work good. Then it will center in the cylinder nice and pull straight. Buy a new sleeve set and take one of the sleeves to your local machine shop and have them machine a stepped disc to fit the sleeve. .10 under for the inside step should be about right. Have them drill a hole exactly in the center of the disc to fit a bolt. The hole should be at least 5/8". 3/4" would be even better. The puller part that rests on the top of the block (puller bolt goes through this too) can be easily made from a few pieces of scrap metal. Good Luck!
