Just don't let the courts get involved all you're all screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Back in 1991 the Kansas Supreme Court ruled that it was discriminatory for local taxes dollars to support local schools. The state established a set dollar amount per student and "equalized" the tax rates - raised rural taxes and lowered city taxes. Problem was in western Kansas the tiny school disctricts are more expensive per child to operate - but they also had lower property taxes because they had HUGE tax bases. With the set amount per pupil funding western taxpayers got hit with the LOB that allowed for propery tax hikes within the school district to cover their higher costs. Mean while the b@$+ards in Johnson County got tax releif. Now the Supreme Court have stepped in again, claiming that the state isn't spending enough to guarentee a good education (meaning the tax payers aren't paying enough). The court seems to have failed to notice the private schools (mostly Catholic) that operate on fractions of a public school's budget and still out performs them. What makes this ruling even more inciting is that the court didn't even sign the ruling, how the individual justices ruled is a secret!! Maybe the legislators should look through the rule book and start the impeachment process.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
