Hi Jon, I have a 53 Farmall and have been asking the same questions for about a year. I have gotten some responses from posts here with success stories using all sorts of implements (mowers. post-hole diggers, etc). These guys know what they're doing. I go to the local tractor dealers, FIRST THEY TELL ME IT CAN'T BE DONE and then they want to sell me some ELTRIOCARDIO-FLUX DR. Suess type welded-on modification contraptions gizmo's, but they can't seem to explain it to me or desribe it. I wish there were a place in NE VT to actually see some real life 3-pt hitch and implement success stories! Just finding a mower around here is like looking for a needle in a hayatack! I'll be glad to share anything I find out. I also have sickle bar and bottom plow to trade for a mower, if interested.
