F20 impluse for American Bosch

Since my last post, I found what most said I would. Rust-gummy grease and just plain dirty. Am ready to put it back together and have another question.
Are the impulse plates installed dry or with a light film of oil or something on them??????? Also, how tight do I tighten the nut which hold the impulse assembly on???????? Thanks for the past help and any other help I may recieve. JIM in ILL. 30 miles south of Peoria
