Here's a picture of the one I finished restoring last spring after a complete rebuild. In the basic description you provided, it will take a lot of money and time to get it into decent shape to use. They are a handy size tractor. Does it have a wide front end or tricyle front? (Two wheels close together). 340's were built from '59 to '63. Yours is a 1961 model as that is the first year for the diesel engines to be used in that model. Does it have a fast hitch (Two point) or 3pt hitch? Your engine is an IH D166 engine with most likely a Roosa Master injector pump.
