Depending on what you are using the hydraulics for you can run a pump from crank pulley or generator drive. For instance a power steering size pump can run off generator belt no sweat, but if you need a hydraulic loader size pump you can add a pulley (or two) ahead of the crank pulley and undersling a large capacity unit. Not cheap if new, free if you have stuff laying around and are very handy. My nickel Dick Davis
