Just replaced the gage on my H this weekend. Sensor bulb goes in a 1/2" NPT threaded port in the head near the #4 spark plug like Holloway says. There's a hex brass reducing bushing screwed into the port, and the bulb nut screws into the brass bushing. Be careful not to bend or kink the capillary tube connecting the gage with the bulb, and use a little permatex or teflon tape on the threads. Suggestion: Test your gage before you install it (those mechanical gages are not noted for their long life...) Test it by sticking the bulb in a pan of boiling water. If the gage is OK the needle will run up to the "N" after a couple minutes in boiling water.
