Some of the last M's did indeed have disc brakes from factory. I know someone out there knows the serial number where that took place, but I have no idea. They were some of the 1952 tractors only. There were without a doubt M's with disc brakes, the ones at the end standard, but supposedly they were optional since 1946 or something like that. A disc braked M makes it much more special than all the other M's, just because from 1939-1952 the M didn't have much variation besides the brakes. Good luck.
