How hard is it to rebuild a power steering motor on a 300? I took mine off about 3 yrs ago because it had a pretty steady leak of hyd fluid around the output shaft (if my memory serves me right)and converted to "armstrong" power steering. I am tempted to tear the unit down (in sterile conditions, of course) and see if maybe there is a simple O-ring on the shaft that is worn. Anybody out there ever tear into one? I have a parts manual that lists a rebuild kit, but have not called Case/IH dealer yet. Thanks
