That's cheap. Machinest I'm using will charge me $140 to grind the crank, called me today and said the head needs to be milled, another $66. Including the engine kit I'm buying from the same place, total cost will be $1500-2000, most likely, including him putting in the new sleeves and cam bearings, plus the valve job, etc. Also hot tanking the block and head. Buying a rebuilt cam and lifters also. The only thing not new or rebuilt will be the block and head, and they will be clean. This is not a cheap hobby, and virtually impossible to make any money, if and when I decide to sell something.
