So, were there other IH tractors which were too similar to these models, or why would they have been imported into Canada but not the US? It seems the US would be a larger market, unless they were specialty machines which would appeal only to farmers in a small niche. Of course, I heard that the Standard tractors were made in Britain and imported, and I have so little understanding of European farming it seems that would be absolutely backward. Were there very meny farms closer to Britain than to the US which were big enough to find those machines attractive? Fred
