Slappy - What to do depends somewhat on how you plan to use your tractor. If it's just gonna be for parade/show or occasional light work, so long as the flywheel and pressure plate surfaces are not warped, they show only minor heat cracking, and the cover mechanism is in good shape (no busted springs, worn fingers, etc.) I'd leave it as is. However it it's gonna be a working tractor, best to resurface/replace the clutch parts as needed. For the clutch disc, if the hub springs and splines are not worn take it to a clutch/brake shop and have the old disk rebuilt. It'll cost about half the price of a new disc. Definitely install new throwout and pilot bearings! They're cheap, and they'll never be easier to replace. Tip: While you've got the tractor split check carefully the teeth on the flywheel ring gear. If they're at all worn on the side facing the starter, replace the ring gear now. It'll cost less then $40, and may save you splitting the tractor again in the near future!
