The pilot bearing would be the hardest to replace when the tractor is together. All the other parts could be replaced but if it were mine I would replace the clutch disc and TO bearing at minimum.

Pressure plate should be replaced unless it is in very good condition. Same with flywheel resurfacing.

Life sure is a lot easier with the tractor split.

Most machinery doesn't allow the luxury of clutch replacement without tran or engine removal, one of the great features of Farmalls.
