Don't know about the one you refer to but I can tell many times when this happens. The seller will have a tractor for sale and bids will be beyond a reasonable fair price. You can almost know that the reserve will not be met because he is having the price jscked up by a shell. I have seen two tractors in very similar condition with one bid up twice what the other one has reached and they would both be in neighboring states.
