I hope I don't have you lost in your tractor. If you pulled the cover off that has the hyd. pump mounted on it, the gear on the pump should be tight to the shaft, and this is where the key would be that I'm refering to. If you have an IT manual they might be showing you stuff for a gear drive tractor as well. They're pump is on the left side of the TA housing. I'm pretty sure the pump on a hydro is on the right side of the hydro housing. I've worked on a couple hydo's and they're all basically the same set up. Don't hesitate to ask any questions.
