I have a IH sickle mower that I bought (used) years ago. I have used it on occasion in the past, but not lately. Anyway, my question is, can someone tell me what model # it is. It is made similar to the No. 5 JD. It has a 7'cutter bar. It has a wooden pitman arm. It is, of course, pto operated with a belt from a large pulley running a smaller pulley that drives the pitman arm. A single inflatable tire in back. The hook up is not 3 point, but rather a horizontal bar that has numerous holes in it. The cutter bar is raised high enough to clear the mown grass by attaching a remote hydraulic cylinder. I'm sure this mower is familiar to most of you IH buffs. So, could one of you tell this ole JD buff what type mower he owns?
