As most of you know I'm in the middle of restoring my 1936 Farmall F-20. I've been doing some research and found an interesting website on the original IH Gray paint. I'm not going into details but a subject bought a couple gallons of original gray paint from IH and was able to mix it up and duplicate it through Dupont. Go to this website for further information http://mccormick-deering.com/. I already have a forum going over in the paint section but decided this needed to be discussed over here as well. What is everyones thoughts about this paint. Do you think it would be the true gray color after all of these years? I'm thinking of purchasing some of this paint but have my reservations. All opinions are appreciated and I (and would think everyone else) would like to know what color codes everyone is using for the gray and red paints.
