Man, don't get me started! In the last couple of years my cash cropping and other business has expanded so that I was needing to hire someone. I had several part time guys, none of whom knew what was what. Then I hired a full time guy with a degree and farm back ground! Still no sense! Who among you engages the PTO at full throttle or runs a flail mower in the dirt???? These guys don't realize that part of the cost of hiring them is fixing all the stuff that gets wrecked. I started out farming, now I just spend time and money fixing other peoples mess-ups.....on my equipment. Any of you motorheads want a job? Thanks for letting me vent! Paul
