IH Farmall 350 Diesel value

Hello,
I have a 1957 Farmall 350 Diesel, Row crop, narrow front, power steering, fast hitch, good tires and paint, everything works good. It has developed a knock in the engine when it warms up. Other than that, it is great.
Any idea what it's worth as is?
If I fix the knock, what is it worth in good running condition?
Just thinking of fixing and keeping it VS selling it as is.
