I found these two gear teeth and some kind of shim in the rear-end of the 1466 today. This can't be good, and I don't know yet where they came from. They are not off of the hitch-pump or the gear that drives it, or the two wide gears in the PTO. They look to narrow to be trans teeth, but I'm not that familiar with a 1466 transmission, and they could have migrated to the rear-end from there. I know this tractor has been apart before, but I'm afraid it's wishfull thinking believing someone would have left them in there from an earlier repair. The teeth are 18/32 (9/16) of an inch wide and I'm going to try (HOPEFULLY) to insert a picture. Anyone got an idea where the narrow teeth might have come from? (Even a WAG will be appreciated) I'll start on getting to the top cover of the trans and keep you posted when I get time. Thanks Paul
