Check the point gap, should be set at .020". Use a piece of 400 grit emery cloth to clean the points. Have someone crank over the engine with the ignition switch on while you hold No1 plug away from the sparkplug to see if you have a good hot spark. Be sure tractor is out of gear. If you have spark, remove No1 plug and shoot some gas into the cylinder, then replace plug and see if engine fires. If it does you're not getting gas, check for fuel at carburetor.
