Dave: That B and BN are tractors I know very little about, aside from what the power train is. I can clearly see they are a relative of the A. I also have to believe they were not as popular as IH hoped they might be. By 1947 they were gone forever, technically replaced by the C. Looking at tractors like the F-12 and F-14, I could never understand the development of B or BN I think the A was a smart move by IH, the numbers of A, SA, 100, 130 and 140 tell us that. I think if I had been the decission maker at IH the A would have been a new good idea and right in 1939 the C should have replaced the F-14.
