I'm a little nervous to press them in and run them the way they are. Since the rest of the motor is going to be completely new, I plan on doing some pulling with this tractor. I called IH and one dealer wanted $32 for one valve guide and another dealership wanted $28 per guide. I asked the parts man if the guides were painted in green!!!! It will be cheaper for me to have the guides bored and resleeved. Heck, I might as well buy the tools to resleeve the guides since I've got two more heads to do. Hows the engine running with the aftermarket guides? You pull with that tractor Howard or is she for show?
