Thanks for the thoughts. Yes, I've got the exact loader as in the picture you posted. Those two struts have to tie in someplace. The only choice I believe I have is to make plates that tie in to the holes in that front bolster my photo shows (assuming I can keep the struts out of the way of my front axle). My concern is whether that tie in point OK to use from a strength point of view, considering it is bolted into the engine block? That 560 in the photo has a frame below the engine that the loader is connected to, which is much stronger than what I've got. Perhaps I've already answered my own question in that the front of the tractor is supported by jack stands under that same bolster. But it would be nice to know if anyone has a 1701 on a 340
