I don"t know where you live, but I doubt seriously whether a tractor in the condition you mention could be worth the money being asked anywhere. I was at a sale today, (mid Michigan) and one went for $900.00 and was a decent running tractor with 90% rear radial tires. It didnt have WFE, but steering was relatively tight. Had all lights, wheel weights, good drawbar, fenders, new muffler, good steering wheel, and reparable front grill. Had lousy paint job, but that is irrelevant in a restorable tractor. My .02 worth, but I think you can do much better unless you live in Outer Slobovia.
