I would shoot some oil into the oil gallery with a squirt can. If you can find a pressure vessel
similar to a brake bleeder ball you can force oil throughout the engine by hooking into oil gallery probably at the oil gauge. I wouldn't run this engine until you circulate some oil into the engine and only run it for a few seconds to see you get oil pressure. I think you have to split the tractor to get at the pump. You should put a posting on the Cub Forum to see if anyone has had this problem and how they solved it. Good Luck, Hal
