Hi, does the differentiel lock is stuck lock or it doesn't lock. Check the pedal for free movement, it have a shaft that actuate the lock fork, the shaft is below the hitch cover and the link from the pedal hook on it. Often it have rust on the shaft where it turn on the rear housing. Try to spray a good lube or you may have to lift the cover and remove the shaft and clean it.
